Watermeadows, Suffolk

The water meadows along the River Stour are a 5 minutes walk from Kate’s studio. Transfixed by the rhythms of flooded watermeadows, she is excited to be living in Gainsborough/Constable countryside and witness the changing landscapes in flood. Kate draws and explores mark making in the Gainsborough House printroom and works en plein air. She is currently developing a new body of work, which will be uploaded soon.
