Sketchbooks

Kate uses sketchbooks and scraps of paper and card to gather thoughts. She explores mark making and finds playful rhythms in her subjects, from chasing shadows to dancing shapes and pools of light. She draws with a range of tools and in many mediums to make marks in rough gestures and at other times with intense observational drawing.
