Etchings

In 2022 Kate returned to the UK and settled in the Stour valley near Sudbury. Here she is relishing the landscape painted by Gainsborough and Constable. With membership of the historical Printroom at Gainsborough House she has rediscovered her love of etching. Attending workshops and learning from renowned printmakers, this medium allows her to play and push boundaries in mark making.  It lends itself to her new obsession of the water meadows and the river Stour.
